realtek: rtl838x: drop SFP pseudo-PHYs and phy-handle

Remove all pseudo-PHYs and phy-handle properties from DTS of RTL838X
devices. RTL838X SerDes is now handled by PCS driver and thus not
treated as PHY anymore.
